Received the clock and it was damaged. The bird on the right hand of the clock was broken off. I contacted you about this and was told there was nothing that could be done but "We want to offer you a discount of 20 Euro for the next order". I was not happy with the poor customer service regarding my order. I had to glue the bird back on myself which is something I should not have had to do. I like the clock but not your poor policy regarding items damaged in shipping. Thanks
