★★☆☆☆I am disappointed the clock had problems. Our chain got stuck and now we have to fix it. The company has provided instructions on how to repair it. Haven’t had the time, the last two weeks to sit down and work on it, I’m sure we can repair it but disappointed we have to.... it is a beautiful clock and hope we can restore it!
