Transaction was flawless... ordered on a Saturday, clock was shipped on Monday and arrived on Wednesday! I'm glad the clock was double-boxed because it arrived with a rather large 'dent' in one of the corners of the outer box from UPS. The inner box was untouched and the clock is just a beautiful piece of craftsmanship! I would not hesitate to order from Cuckoo-Palace again!
